Consider Municipal Order 2026-90, to authorize the Mayor or City Manager to execute all documents necessary to apply for and accept a 2026 Volunteer Fire Assistance (VFA) Grant through the Kentucky Division of Forestry for the purchase of communication equipment; 11. Consider Municipal Order 2026-91, to allow the Fire Chief to execute cooperative agreements with the Kentucky Division of Forestry for the Federal Excess Personal Property (FEPP) and Firefighter Property (FFP) Programs; 12. Consider Municipal Order 2026-92, to allow the City Manager to make a joint request with the City of Hickman for more animal control funding, and 13. First reading of Ordinance 2026-10, to increase the restaurant tax from 1% to 2% effective July 1, 2026.
