AREA OBITUARIES – Bob E. Brown

Bob E. Brown, age 92, of Rives, Tenn., and formerly of Fulton, Ky., passed away on Wed., June 25, 2025, at the Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born in Fulton County in the Riceville Community in Fulton, on July 9, 1932, to the late Arnie Brown and Colen Darcus (Arrington) Brown.
He was a lifetime member of the Fulton First Church of the Nazarene and remained a member of the church when it transitioned to South Fulton and became Grace Church of the Nazarene. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Electrical Workers Union in Martin, Tenn. He was a private pilot and avid UK fan.
He is survived by three sons, Ronnie (Gail) Brown, of Buchanan, Tenn., Keith (Becky) Brown, of Pickerington, Ohio,, and Tony (Amy) Brown of Rives, Tenn.; two stepdaughters, Robin (Tim) Nielsen, of White House, Tenn., and Lori Bledsoe, of Nashville, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Phillip (Jan) Brown, of Jefferson City, Tenn.; and a daughter-in-law, Linda Brown, of Paris, Tenn.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Brockwell; his second wife, Donna (Smith) Brown; and his third wife, Lois (McCracken) Brown; a son, Ricky Lynn Brown; three brothers, Joe Brown, Robert Adolphus Brown, and Louis Brown; and one sister Louise Krumm.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Mon., June 30, 2025, at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. Bro. Dale Turner will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenlea Cemetery, Fulton, Ky. Visitation  will be held at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the hour of service.
Active Pallbearers will be Ronnie Brown Jr, Brock Brown, Bobby Joe Brown, Nathan Brown, Cavan Carroll, and Hunter Bledsoe.
